Exhibit 4-6. Edit message on incorrect data entry for weight (below edit range) If the weight entered is below the edit limits, the ISIS system will display a message:
“The weight is outside the edit range for this age group and gender. Are you sure?”
If the weight you entered is correct, select ‘yes.’ If the data was entered incorrectly,
select ‘no’ and re-enter the correct value for weight.
