RESOURCE PLANNING


The integration of business strategy and human resource
strategy and planning is particularly important for long-range
planning efforts. Furthermore, with the recognition of the
potential contributions of human resource planning, line
managers have taken on greater responsibilities for these
planning efforts.^95 The following provides a vivid description of
why there should be greater integration of the processes:

organization’s work force cannot be turned
