Bottle & Cup Participants form sub‐groups^
A bottle, cup, tissues & straw will be given
They are requested to pour the water from
the bottle into the cup with several limita‐
tions
Identify the differences in traditional & modern supervisory

Explore the creativeness & self motivation to be obtained
from normal work flows
Project Moon Participants form sub‐groups to re‐draw a
picture with 90% similarity within a fixed
time frame
Each staff can only view the picture once
& lasts for 5 sec

Participants form sub‐groups
A set of data & a map will be distributed
respectively so that they have to read &
memorize the data within a time frame
They have to work out which areas are

data as well by the end of the activity

Blind‐fold Meeting
Participants form a big group & being
blind‐fold
A set of small objects will be distributed &
each staff will get 1 piece
2 pieces will be taken away from the origi‐
nal set & their task is to find out the
shapes & colors of these
Each staff can only touch his/her own
piece but they cannot exchange to each
other
They can talk through the whole activity
Experience the power of ‘Team talking’
Enhance their communication skills, especially their
‘listening’, ‘questioning’ & ‘expressing’ power
Reinforce trust building in gentle manner
Execute individual commitment into team operations
Human Tennis Participants are requested to knit a net
without making knots on it with a bunch
of nylon rope to serve the ‘racket’
They will join a ‘human tennis’ competi‐
tion so as to proven that their ‘racket’ can
provide highest effectiveness

We’ve got Trouble Participants are being requested to make
a selection of items upon a given condi‐
tion by their own
4 – 6 are grouped then to generate anoth‐
er wish list but they have to try their best
to influence the other members to do the
same selection as he/she does by himself/
