taught in the forensic odontology course at the Armed Forces Institute of
Pathology from 1968 until 1998. He has lectured on this topic in Mexico,
Europe, Canada, and the United States. He was one of the founding fathers
of the American Society of Forensic Odontology and has held every office in
that organization in the earlier years of the society. He is one of the thirteen
original members that represented the founding of the American Board of
Forensic Odontology (ABFO). He has held every office in that organization
and has served on various study groups and committees. He is a registered
emeritus diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathol-
ogy and an active diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Odontology.
