The Department of Facilities Management offers a
nine-credit minor to graduate students in the following
departments: Architecture, City and Regional Planning,
Urban Enviromental Systems Management, Historic
Preservation, and Interior Design. Students may apply
to the Minor in Facilities Management program through
their advisor at any point during their academic
career. The completion of the minor will be noted on
the student’s transcript but will not be shown on the
