Statistics
Intended Audience: This course is designed for the student who has successfully completed Algebra I, Geometry and Algebra II by the end of
the 11 th
grade.
Statistics is a course designed to provide students with the fundamental principles of probability and statistics with applications. Topics
covered include probability models, combinations, discrete and continuous probability, estimating and testing, and confidence intervals.
Students who plan to pursue a non-technical or liberal arts course of study will find this course useful.
