  • it will persuasively present strengths, qualities for the positions;

  • it will draw the employer’s attention to the personal degree of commitment,
    motivation, attitude, initiative, enthusiasm, and aptitudes;

  • it will insist on the contribution the applicant could have in case of
    employment;

  • each idea must be presented in a separate paragraph.


As regards form, the following conditions must be met:



  • A4 format;

  • neat layout, accurate spelling;

  • easy to read font;

  • no-colour paper;

  • recent photograph on request.
