Using a 1-inch fl at brush, I touched the edges
around the sketch, spreading the paint to form the
background. I dropped in other paints as needed.

I drew a portrait using a full dropper of
concentrated watercolor.
Final
Reflective (watercolor on paper, 14x11) features
strong value contrast, some serendipity in the
edges and an overall painterly look. WA
