So if your body is deficient in these minerals due to large amounts
of processed foods then no matter what other enzymes you have
they will remain dormant.

Butter

Butter, although a preferred option to margarine, concentrates
pesticides up to ten times more than vegetable oils – so go
organic. Butter is neutral fat useful for frying and is easy to digest.
It is not necessary and, taken frequently in large amounts it can be
dangerous. On bread, go Italian and instead of butter use virgin
olive oil or better still go 21st century and use hemp oil as a dip.
Try it Spanish style by squashing a tomato on the bread, and then
pour on some hemp or olive oil.

Nutrients

Protein

Proteins are made of subunits called amino acids. The human
body needs to break down protein back to amino acids to make it
usable. Amino acids are released from the protein by the action of
enzymes that come from the pancreas. Hemp contains up to 30%
highly digestible protein that does not cause flatulence or contain
protein absorption preventatives, unlike the soy bean.

Protein is an often misunderstood bodily constituent –
have you met anyone with a protein deficiency? The belief that a
slab of steak will turn into digestible protein is just a dream. The
silverback gorilla is three times the size of man, and has thirty
times the strength of a man. The silverback gorilla’s diet consists
totally of fruit and vegetables.
