levels, but the main reason for the higher cholesterol is the quality
of fats in the diet. Wild game contains a significantly higher
quantity of Essential Fatty Acids compared to mass-reared
animals. As we are now aware, these EFAs contribute to reducing
the levels of cholesterol, unlike the average diet today which
contains the killer fats.


To receive a quality complement of amino acids certain
combinations help. Low levels of a particular amino acid in one
food are compensated by high levels of that amino acid in another
food. An example of a perfect balance being made from two
otherwise incomplete protein sources in grains and pulses. Hemp
contains a thorough amino acid compliment so being a simple yet
effective addition to most meals.


It is such a great shame that we feel the need for
concentrated proteins, fats and carbohydrates, especially when
the breast milk of mothers is 1-2% quality protein and over 85%
water with only a small percentage of fats, sugar and
carbohydrates. All we need for our most active period of growth.

Although I do not eat meat, I am not against the moderate (once
every one or two weeks) consumption of organic meat, as it has
been shown that this has been our human ancestors’ original diet
for up to 2 million years. It is not for protein that I accept this
culling, not because I find it morally acceptable, but I believe have
not yet been found. Other sources for these ‘trace elements’ are
live, unpasteurized yoghurt and fresh deep sea fish.


It is virtually impossible not to get enough trace mineral
protein, provided you have enough quality easily absorbable juices
with live and unprocessed foods, as recommended in this book. In
