change, so it is recommended that you try it for at least four
weeks: Time of day, feelings prior to consumption, food eaten,
feelings immediately after food, feelings after one hour after,
number of bowel movements, type of bowel movement, general
day’s emotional state, comments. The process of writing down is a
ritual that should never be underestimated.
