Water

 Baths

There are many types of water baths, all of which can be
combined with a foot bath or a twenty minute (2") cold bath taken
with your legs hanging out over the side of the bath or specialist
tub. This is called a spinal bath and is extremely effective. During
the bath, about once 3-4 minutes, the bather may sit up and rub
his/her back thoroughly with a dry towel. It is also recommended
to rub cold, wet hands, in a clockwise motion, around the navel,
unless you suffer from stomach pains or it is your menstruation
when the anticlockwise direction is recommended

Other recommended water cures include steam bath or
sauna. As with all things, moderation is the key. Follow with a cold
hip, spinal or full bath or hot and cold alternating shower.

How can we know what it is like to be awake, if we have
always been asleep. We can conjure up an image of the path, our
goal and even fool ourselves that we are awake. Yet, there is
nothing and no doubt in knowing, when we are awake. There is no
fault in being asleep, just as there is no fault in the caterpillar once
being a cocoon.

Air

Air is another major element noted as a source of energy in
Naturecure. In modern industrialised society such elements are
scarce. In the concrete jungles water is processed and mixed with
'cleaning' chemicals, earth is scarce and often polluted with
chemicals, fire is frequently produced by non-sustainable
resources for non-sustainable reasons and air is polluted by the
production of all of these processes. Those that work in a modern
office suffer the most from lack of pure air. Air is polluted by
various factors, many that cannot be recognised by the naked eye
or other natural senses. Air conditioning, electro-magnetic
radiation from computers, televisions, radios, fluorescent lighting
and mobile phones all contribute significantly to air pollution. Car
