Juice
rinking raw juices for a few days is extremely beneficial to
the body. Easy to assimilate, raw juices are great for a
snack or meal on their own. Freshly juiced fruit and
vegetables contain so much life energy that cannot yet be
measured by instruments. Our body often craves water and the
multi-billion dollar soft drinks business offers us tea, coffee or
sugary carbonated flavoured water that, being so high in sugar,
passes straight to the bladder and is of no real use whatsoever.
Even tap, bottled or filtered water cannot replace the ultimate
source of liquid - fruit and vegetables.
Experiment and find out for yourself; drinking a freshly made
organic juice in the morning is far more invigorating, and longer
lasting, with fewer side effects than coffee. If you have tried 'fresh'
orange, carrot or apple juice in a bottle, then I ask you to forget all
you have tasted and go for freshly squeezed - to be drunk within 5
minutes, the quicker the better! Some people have a problem with
the acidity of fresh juices. I recommend stirring in the pulp (not the

with pre-digested nutrition. Unlike fibrous processed foods, raw
juice contains nothing your body cannot use. When nutrition
comes from raw juices, the digestive tract has time to deal with all
the old matter. This can have a healthy laxative effect while the
system is cleaned. Raw juice also helps supply a large quantity of
antioxidants, A, C and E: the saviours of all the free radicals
caused by the damaged foods, city pollution, cars, factories and
so called modern appliances. It will not be easy to explain to the
