R= Raw Food. Living foods that can be prepared without the use
of heat that will damage enzymes - keeping your food alive and
vibrant


V= Vegan. Foods containing no dairy produce. All recipes are
vegetarian.


G= Gluten Free.


N= Nut Free. Recipes suitable for those with nut allergies.


S= Sugar Free. Recipes without processed or refined sugars.


Before you choose to eat a meal, ask yourself 'Is this the kind of
food that I instinctively feel will clog up my system or is it likely to
digest quickly and leave me with more energy?' Write this in big
letters on some paper placed over your food preparation area.
