100 g sunflower, sprouted for one day
100 g pine-nuts soaked 6 hours
100 g hulled hemp soaked for 6 hours
750ml pure water
Blend, then strain, and use fresh.

250g hemp flour
15cm strip of kombu
6 tbsp Hempso (tm)
110 g fresh ginger, sliced
*Make sure you use fresh flour, otherwise the protein will decay
