Change


New ideas involve change. When any change takes place in our
life it is an upheaval. Often we forget how habitual our life can be:
wake up, eat, work, watch television and sleep. It is never easy to
change our habits and it is often not until we experience problem
that we look for an alternative, only find that the problem has only
temporarily mended itself as we altered our habits. Survival is just
the means to living. This book will suggest what are possibly new
and novel ways of life to you.


Where there is a change, there is effect. Experience some
of the concepts you may find and you may experience some
wonderfully healing and strengthening de-toxification reactions.
These manifest themselves differently in each individual. As with
any changes take it slowly, let go of any fears and astonishing
things will happen. The fasting cure for example can be so
powerful as to even cure some forms of cancers. Before looking at
this further, let’s take a closer look at food and then get into some

Food – we eat it, assimilate it and eliminate it, noted as a waste of
valuable energy to some breatharians as it requires a great deal of
energy to digest it. After a heavy meal have you noticed yourself
feeling very tired? Digestion takes so much energy that the body
often shuts down other useful functions.


Night time is when the body prefers to do most of the hard
wirk and this is why you are ready for elimination in the morning.
Elimination is a process that involves the bowels, skin, kidneys,
liver and lungs. This cycle lasts for a few hours every morning and
this is why it is preferable to east the most easily digestible foods
at this time, such as raw fruit, hot lemon water or yoghurt (fresh
