Heat the oil from the 'tasty mix' and add mustard seeds until they
start to splutter. Add curry leaves then remove from heat and pour
onto the chutney. Mix together with hulled hemp. Serve with dosas
and coconut sambar.
Asafoetida clams gas and bloating, particularly
good for Ayurvedic Vata' types. Should be heated before
consumption

2 ripe mangos, washed, peeled and sliced
1/4 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped (or 1/2 tsp dry powder)
3 tbsp lemon or lime juice
1 tsp hulled hemp seed
1/8 tsp turmeric
2 tsp brown rice syrup
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/16 tsp cayenne pepper
Place all in blender until a puree. A hot chutney that aids
digestion.
