1 avocado
2 tbsp hemp oil
1 cup hulled hemp seed
Mix in a blender. Serve with sprig of parsley and sprinkle with
hulled hemp seeds.

2 tbsp tahini, unhulled
1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
Dash pure organic vanilla essence
100 g sesame seeds
100 g sunflower seeds
100 g hulled hemp seeds
Optional: coconut (grated), wheat germ, hulled hemp seeds,
organic raisins, Chinese dates or carob powder
Blend seeds to a fine meal. Add honey/ syrup to half of the mix.
Add vanilla and tahini to other half. Knead together into dough.
Shape, and roll in optional toppings.
