It is great for making flour making and grinding seeds. Get a high
powered version - I have been known to blow up three mixers in a
month, which is why I now have a, rather expensive, industrial
powered Vita-Mix which I bought from FRESH.

Pasta Machine: A simple hand operated stainless steel machine is
the best. Good juicers (see below) also work as pasta machines.
For living food experts there is the 'spaghetti' maker that produces
a great courgette alternative!
Hand blender: For shakes, smoothies, mayonnaise.
Juicer: for raw breakfast fruit juices and lunch time vegetable juice
meals. Fast natural foods demanding very little energy for
digestion.
There are many juicers on the market, and you usually get what
you pay for. Grasses (such as wheat-grass) demand another type
of juicer, you can try your local car boot sale or second hand store
as many have the old cast iron food grinders on offer that, with the
addition of a stainless steel filter, may be your perfect option. This
type of juicer contains a worm gear or screw press that works by
wringing the grass. You can use the same juicer as a more
convenient way of pressing parsley, spinach celery or lettuce. Do
not use a cheap aluminium copy as aluminium is not
recommended to be in contact with food due to its toxicity.
