PAT System
The PAT system is designed to remove outliers - even within the
normal range - through statistical analysis of measurement data.
As a result, even some products deemed to be good during
testing and fall within the normal range but lie outside the lot
distribution are removed due to potential characteristics that
may cause them to fail prematurely in the future. This provides
an additional measure to prevent defective products from
escaping.
