NAMES OFPLANTS AND THINGS MADETHEREFROM
IN BABYLONIA.
Bv Theo. G. Pinches.
Thefollowing is from a Babylonian Tablet of unbaked clay,
apparently, from the style of the writing, of a comparatively late
date. It is inscribed witha list of plants, etc., of the nature of
reeds, andis of interest, becausemanyof the words seemto be
new.
