- MESSIAH: Translated “Christ” —
Messiah is a very common noun in Hebrew. Translated into
Greek it became "Christos", which in plain English means
ANOINTED! Everywhere the word “ anointed” appears in
the English translation of the Bible (any Version) that word
in the Hebrew original is invariably the word “ M ESSIAH ”!
Here are a few ready examples:
(a) "1 am the God o f Beth-el, where thou ANOINT-
EDEST (messiah) the PILLAR ..." (Christ Pillar!)
