Liver of sulfur or oxidizing solution

Ruler

Marker

Round nose pliers

Wire cutters or tin snips

File

Chain nose pliers

Fine steel wool

Polishing cloth

Safety glasses

MATERIALS NEEDED

24” 18-gauge sterling silver wire
Pre-made sterling silver cuff bracelet
(You can make your own cuff bracelet from heavy
gauge sterling silver rectangle wire if you prefer.)

1.Apply liver of sulfur or oxidizing solution to

the 24” of 18-gauge sterling silver wire.

It is veryimportant to follow

any safety recommendations

the manufacturer suggests on the

directions when working with any

chemicals. You will use the fine steel

wool on the oxidized wire to remove

some of the darkened areas after you

complete the wrapping process.
