The New Typography

Away with Scheme F!
An ornamental scheme much loved m would-be contemporary
typography. A square IS often found tnstead of the ctrcle shown
at the top. It ts considered espectally beauttful tf the square is
not in the same weight as the �conventtonal� bold rules but ts tn
thtck/thin or some other �more interesting� vanety of rule. How
subtle ts the blank magtc square where the rules cross!
This schematic form has nothing to do with designed
typography!
