  • Using what they have learned in the text, the students should be able to work backwards and figure out that
    Juan walks 14 units to the park.

  • Then you can assess their diagrams.

  • Are the diagrams accurate?

  • Are the students able to explain their process of finding the solution to the problem?

  • Provide correction/feedback when necessary.
