½ CUP FRESH OR FROZEN BLUEBERRIES

Mix the milk, oats, salt, and cinnamon in a microwavable bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, or until
thick. Let cool slightly, then sprinkle evenly with the protein powder to avoid lumps and stir in. Stir
in the blueberries and sweeten with Splenda.
