A BANANA SPLIT


BREAKFAST

½ TEASPOONSUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS WATER
1 CUP FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
1 MEDIUM BANANA
4 OUNCES LOW-FAT VANILLA-FLAVORED GREEKYOGURT
¼ CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS

1. Stir the sugar, water, and frozen berries in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil, then


reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.


2. Slice the banana in half lengthwise and place in a bowl. Spoon the vanilla yogurt over the banana


halves. Pour the blueberry mixture over the bananas and yogurt and top with the walnuts.


Makes 1 serving.
