CAN'T BEET THIS SALAD
The juice from the beets and grapefruit makes the dressing.

2 CUPS ROMAINE LETTUCE, TORN INTO BITE-SIZE PIECES
¼ CUP JARRED PINK GRAPEFRUIT SALAD OR 1 PINK GRAPEFRUIT, PEELED,
SECTIONED, AND DICED
1 CUP CANNED DICED BEETS WITH JUICE
2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED ALMONDS
Mix the lettuce, ¼ cup grapefruit with juice, beets with juice, and almonds in a large bowl.
