THE HEART-HEALTHY BURGER

10 OUNCES AHI TUNA
1 TEASPOON EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL SALT AND PEPPER
2 CIABATTA ROLLS, SLICED
2 TABLESPOONS PREPARED PESTO
2 TABLESPOONS REDUCED-FAT MAYONNAISE
1 TOMATO, SLICED
¼ RED ONION, THINLY SLICED
2 CUPS MIXED GREENS
1. Divide the tuna into 2 equal portions. Brush with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill
over high heat for 2 minutes per side. You want the outside of the tuna to be charred crisp and the
inside still pink.
2. Toast the rolls and spread the pesto and mayonnaise on them. Slip the tuna, tomato, onion, and
greens into the rolls.
