PHILLING CHEESESTEAK TAKE 2
This one's quicker; still minus the Cheez Whiz.

1 ONION, SLICED
1 RED BELL PEPPER, SLICED
1 GREEN BELL PEPPER, SLICED
2/3 CUP HOT SALSA
4 WHOLE GRAIN HOAGIE ROLLS
3/4 POUND THINLY SLICED ROAST BEEF
½ CUP SHREDDED REDUCED-FAT CHEDDAR CHEESE
1. Cook the onion and bell peppers in a nonstick skillet until tender. Add the salsa and heat until
warm.
2. Construct sandwiches with the rolls, roast beef, vegetables, and cheese. Warm in the microwave
for1 to 2 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt.
Makes 4 servings.
