Banana Berry Oatmeal Pancakes


¾ cup oats
1 ½ cups plus 2 tablespoons soy milk
¾ cup whole - wheat fl our
¼ cup ground fl axseeds
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 medium cage - free eggs, lightly beaten
1 banana, mashed
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
