This sweet and tangy sauce is the perfect accompaniment to a well-prepared steak.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 CUP
1/3 cup Heinz 57 Sauce
1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup A-1 Steak Sauce
2 tablespoons light corn syrup


1. Combine all the ingredients into a bottle with tight-fitting cap.
2. Shake well before using.
3. Keep refrigerated. Will keep up to 2 months.

Sizzler Cheese Toast


Texas toast is another popular item on the menu at many steakhouses, and the addition of cheese
makes it even better.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6–8
1 pound slightly softened butter
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Sliced Italian bread


1. In a small bowl, cream together the butter and cheese with a fork.
2. Preheat a griddle or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Spread the cheese mixture on bread slices about ¼ ′′ thick.
4. Place the bread cheese-side down on a griddle.
5. Cook until the cheese has browned.
