3 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
3 tablespoons minced fresh basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup olive oil


1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a large bowl.
3. Roll the mixture into 1½′′ balls.
4. Pour olive oil on a 2′′ × 13′′ × 9′′ baking pan and place meatballs on top. Swirl pan around
to coat meatballs in oil.
5. Bake the meatballs in the oven for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown.
6. Remove the meatballs from the oil, drain on paper towels, and stir into your favorite pasta
sauce.

Carrabba's Pasta Weesie


Pasta Weesie is a nice Alfredo seafood recipe.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 2
8 jumbo shrimp
Pinch minced garlic
1 tablespoon sliced green onions
¼ cup sautéed mushrooms
¼ cup lemon butter
½ cup Alfredo sauce
Half a 16-ounce box of cooked fettuccine
½ cup grated Romano cheese


1. In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté the shrimp for 3–4 minutes until they turn pink.
2. Add the garlic, onions, and mushrooms. Sauté for 2–3 minutes. Finish with the lemon butter.
3. In a separate pan, warm the Alfredo to a simmer.
