1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Boil potatoes for 12–15 minutes until tender. Remove skins when cooled. Put into a large
bowl.
3. Add the sugar, eggs, and butter and whip until fluffy.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
5. In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients for the crunch topping. Add to the top of the
casserole.
6. Bake for 45 minutes.
