1¼ ounces Frangelico
2 ounces chocolate syrup
2 ounces Coco Lopez
2 ounces finely shredded coconut
2 ounces ice milk


1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Serve in a champagne or other small glass.

Chili's Calypso Cooler


This cocktail is really pretty and very easy to make.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1
1½ ounces Captain Morgan spiced rum
½ ounce peach schnapps
4 ounces orange juice
Splash lime juice
½ ounce grenadine
Orange wedge, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish


1. Fill a 16-ounce glass with ice.
2. Pour all of the ingredients over ice in the order listed. Do not stir.
3. Garnish the drink with an orange wedge and a cherry on a toothpick.
