This is another Friday's original cocktail recipe.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1
Chocolate syrup
1 ounce Finlandia
1 ounce Kahlúa
1 ounce half-and-half
Cherry, for garnish
Coke, for garnish
1. Swirl a chilled cocktail glass with chocolate syrup.
2. Pour Finlandia, Kahlúa and half-and-half into a mixing tin over ice. Shake well and strain
into the cocktail glass.
3. Spear cherries onto a sword toothpick.
4. Hang it on the rim of the glass and drizzle chocolate over the cherries into the drink.
5. Garnish with splash of Coke and 2 cherries.
Tommy Bahama Blue Hawaiian
The Blue Hawaiian is a tropical cocktail made of rum, pineapple juice, blue Curacao, sweet and
sour mix, and sometimes vodka.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1
1 part (1 shot) Tommy Bahama White Sand Rum
1 part Blue Curacao
2 parts pineapple juice
1 part coconut cream
Crushed ice
Pineapple slice, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
1. Pour rum, Blue Curacao, pineapple juice, and coconut cream into a blender with a scoop of
crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass.
