1. In a small microwave-safe dish, combine all the ingredients.
2. Microwave on medium power for 4 minutes.
3. Remove from microwave, stir, and serve with bread or chips.

Joe's Crab Shack Crab Nachos


What do you get when you combine crispy, salty chips with seafood? You get some amazingly
delicious nachos.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 3–4
16 baked tortilla chips
1 (8-ounce) package of chopped imitation crabmeat
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ cup sliced black olives
¼ teaspoon paprika


1. Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
2. In a bowl, combine the crab, sour cream, mayonnaise, and onion. Spoon about 1 tablespoon
onto each chip.
3. Sprinkle cheese, olives, and paprika on top of the chips.
4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
