2 teaspoons cocoa
2 (15-ounce) cans chili beans
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup cola
1. Place oil, onion, and hamburger in a large stockpot over medium heat.
2. Cook the hamburger for 7–9 minutes, until it has browned. Drain the excess oil.
3. Add the onion soup and simmer for a few minutes.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot.
5. Simmer on the stove for 1 hour.
T.G.I. Friday's Broccoli Cheese Soup
This soup is so good and so easy. Now you can create a restaurant copycat at home by tossing a
few ingredients into a pot.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup half-and-half
1 cup water
4 slices American cheese
½ cup flour
½ teaspoon dried onion flakes
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4½ cups bite-size broccoli florets
1. Combine all the ingredients except the broccoli into a large soup pot.
2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3. Reduce to a simmer.
4. Add the broccoli and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
