mindsets that are often overlooked but are root causes in the
efficiency of our daily lives as musicians. Topics covered include
discovering your "system", using fundamentals to build a process, and
preparing for lessons effectively.

In this lecture we will discuss different types of performance
injuries, how to avoid them, and how to recover if needed. We will
also be discussing the stigma surrounding performance injuries and
how we can treat all performers better.
