If you checked the advanced settings in the first configuration panel, you will see the advanced options
panel, as shown in Figure 5-12. This panel allows you to turn on the general log (for recording server
feedback statements), query log (for recording all queries), and the binary log (for use in replication and
backup). If you plan to use the server in a replication setup (I will discuss this in Chapter 7 ), you should turn
on the binary log. The server ID must be unique among all servers in a replication setup, and you can set
that on this panel. Once you have chosen your settings, click Next.
