discussion of the view that Hindu Scripture, along with perception, inference, etc. is a
source of genuine knowledge.

Press. Standard history of Buddhism in the land of its origin.
Wood, Thomas (1990) The Mandukya Upanishad and the Agama Sastra: An
Investigation into the Meaning of the Vedanta, (Honolulu: University of Hawaii Press,
1990). A lucid and excellent account of Advaita.
Wood, Thomas (1991) Mind-Only, Honolulu: University of Hawaii Press. An excellent
account of Theravada doctrine, lucidly argued.
