Discwoman operates under the slogan
“Amplify each other”. Founded by Frankie
Decaiza Hutchinson, Emma Burgess-Olson
and Christine McCharen-Tran in 2014, it acts
as a talent agency for female and non-binary
DJs and producers while fundraising for causes
such as Planned Parenthood and Brooklyn
Community Bail Fund. Then there’s the female,
transgender and non-binary electronic music
network Female: Pressure, which was perhaps
the first of its kind in the world when it was
founded by DJ Electric Indigo in Vienna in

    opportunities, events and news via email.
    In Australia, Melbourne’s Cool Room puts
    on parties, showcases and panels that hero
    women, people of colour and those who
    identify as queer or gender-diverse. And that’s
