for products with playful textures.

as cheering as cleansers get –
colourful runny jellies that leave
skin smooth and soft. Elemis
Peptide^4 Adaptive Day Cream, £50,
is a bouncy-feeling balm that has
a lightly mattifying and blurring
effect (perfect for bare skin on
hot days), and Kate Somerville
DermalQuench Wrinkle Warrior,
£83, is hyaluronic acid in the
form of a fast-absorbing foam.
Layer under moisturiser for
instant plumping.Hotly anticipated,
Gucci Beauty is back with a
luxe lipstick line-up in satin and
sheer finishes. Star shade?
Goldie Red: neither too blue

Lately, I’ve been taken with what
I can only call ‘something-and-nothing

for summer evenings. For the high parts
