Daily Tongue Brushing is a Good Habit
After scraping your tongue, use toothbrush to lightly
brush your tongue from the back to the tip (it’s a good
habit to brush tongue daily). Then you should gargle
with a mixture of 1 teaspoon of Bragg Organic Raw Apple
Cider Vinegar in 2 glass of water to rinse any remaining
germs or toxins from your mouth. Repeat this cleansing
1 - 2 times daily during a detox water fast or a beginners
juice fast. Your body will continue to push toxic slime
out the tongue! This tongue coating shows you are doing
deep cleansing. It’s an accurate indication of the amount
of decaying filth, rotting mucus and other toxic poisons
stored in the tissues that are now being eliminated from
the inside surfaces of the stomach, intestines and your
entire body. (Also do some skin brushing, see page 132 .)
You can now see by the coated tongue how much
toxic poison you have stored in your body. The tongue’s
surface reveals the great amount of encumbrances that
have been clogging up your body maybe since childhood
because of unhealthy living and the eating of refined,
high-fat, sugar, salt, meat and dairy toxic-forming foods.
That is the reason we are not interested in the name of
your physical trouble. Most physical problems are due to
an unhealthy lifestyle and a local clogging of the circulation
and tissues, and in some even the entire pipe system. If
you have a shoulder pain and it’s inflamed, it could be
given the name “bursitis”. But we see it only as concentrated
toxic poisons at that point! The pain and inflammation
are caused from heavy concentration of stored toxins in
the shoulder. Naturally there will be inflammation caused
by this toxic friction and heavy congestion. When a person
with this condition fasts, the tongue takes on a slimy
coating. This shows their body has started to eliminate,
and push out toxic waste soon as they stopped eating. Also,
a few days of strict water detox fasting (drinking 8 to 10
glasses of distilled or purified water daily) will usually
provide relief from shoulder pain and other clogged areas
