Paul C. Bragg Introduced Juicing to America
Juicing has come a long way since my father imported the
first hand operated vegetable-fruit juicer from Germany. Before,
this juice was pressed by hand using cheesecloth. He introduced
his new juice therapy idea, then pineapple juice, then later
tomato juice, to the American public. These two juices were
erroneously thought to be too acid. Now, these health beverages
have become the favorites of millions. TV’s famous Juicemen
Jay Kordich and Jack LaLanne say Bragg was their early
inspiration and mentor! LaLanne also has a great juicer. They
both are ageless and going strong, inspiring millions to health.

Increasing intake of fruits and vegetables can help you prevent heart disease,
cancer, and other chronic diseases. Surveys show those who increased their daily
fruit and vegetable intake improved their health, vitality and feelings of well-being.
Part of health success is preparation of purpose and goals.
I used to say, “I sure hope things will change.”
Then I learned that the only way things are going
to change for me is when I change! – Jim Rohn
We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do.
Fruit bears the closest relation to light. The sun pours a continuous
flood of light into the fruits, and they furnish the best potion of food a
human being requires for the sustenance of mind and body. – Alcott
