Banish Constipation Mother Nature’s Way


Constipation is often referred to as the cause of many
serious physical health problems. Yet few people know
what a normal bowel movement means. The average
person feels that if they have one bowel movement a day
they are not constipated. This is not true! People who
only have one daily bowel movement are chronically
constipated and carry 5 to 10 pounds of putrefying,
fermenting food material in their lower bowel. This
produces irritation to the delicate lining of the bowel.
The bowel then either tries to get rid of the irritations
quickly – which results in diarrhea – or puts a spastic clamp
on the intestines to keep them from producing further –
resulting in constipation and other health problems.


Civilized people never seem to go to the root cause
of their constipation – an unhealthy lifestyle, lack of
sufficient water ( 8 glasses of distilled or purified water
daily is a must), no exercise and weak internal and
external muscles of the abdomen. Americans spend over
a billion dollars yearly trying to move their constipated
bowels. In fact, all of the civilized countries sell large
amounts of laxatives to move their cemented bowels.


The chief reason Americans need so much bowel
“dynamite” is because they eat so much refined, mushy,
lifeless, unnatural and empty-calorie foods. The refined
grains and other foods have lost the B-complex vitamins
needed to have a healthy and clean intestinal tract. Their
digestive tract will lack tone unless vitamin B 1 is present.
Most diets consist of too many over-cooked, mushy,
fast foods that lack the tough cellulose fibers of raw
vegetables that act as helpful, tiny intestinal brooms to
give mobility, bulk, moisture and lubrication to the colon.
