Unhealthy Lifestyle and Heavy Proteins Shorten Life!

Now allow us to repeat this to make it clear in your
mind. When man lived in his tropical paradise on a diet
of natural, organically grown fruits and vegetables, he
was constantly detoxifying and purifying his body. He
lived every day on The Toxicless Diet, Body Purification
and Healing System. Most lived a long life, free from
aches and pains, diseases, premature ageing and senility.
When man left his paradise, the Garden of Eden, it
necessitated his venturing into different climates. Then
his diet was changed by necessity towards the eating of
more grain foods like wheat, barley, oats, rye, maize and
millet. He also learned to cultivate rice, lentils and beans
of all varieties, which he dried and stored for long periods
of time. Having his fruit and vegetable selection greatly
reduced, he turned to the killing of animals for meat
and the collecting of birds’ eggs. In time he found he
could domesticate animals like the cow, goat and fowl.
Not only did these provide him with ready meat, but he
also had a fresh egg supply, and it wasn’t long before he
mastered the milking of the cow, goat and the sheep.
From this milk he learned to make butter, cheese and other
dairy products. So, from a predominantly healthy alkaline diet,
climate changes forced man to slowly change his eating habits
until his diet was one heavy in starch, proteins, fats and acids.
Meat is heavy in uric acid, which is quite toxic! Meat
also carries visible and invisible fats (the pipe-clogging
waxy substance called cholesterol), along with any toxic
waste, viruses, germs, chemicals, drugs, hormones,
antibiotics and diseases that were in circulation in the
animal’s body at time of slaughter and demise. See websites:

Studies have revealed that the bigger the waistline, the shorter the lifespan.
Fat stored in the body’s “spare tire” around the waist increases the risk for diabetes,
heart disease and shortens the lifespan! So caution on gathering excess weight!

Uninformed men, when pampered with meat and dairy products are
much more choleric, mean and cruel in their tempers than those
who live chiefly on fruits and vegetables. – William Smellie, 1780
