BRAND STRATEGY AND IDENTITY FOR CHARITY

Clout Branding has come up with a visual identity, brand
strategy and even a new name for Impelo, a charity
previously known as Powys Dance. “The client wanted a
brand that reflected how they felt about dance participation
and how it can transform our mental and physical
wellbeing,” says creative director Michael Smith. “We
interpreted their passion with a colourful and bold graphic
style that celebrates their unconventional approach to dance
participation and learning.”
The Clout design team took visual cues from the activism
world, which often uses handmade graphics and lettering,
and the logo was created using different hand-drawn
signatures.
