■Inspiratory stridor
■Wheezing
■Chest tightness
■Dyspnea
■Hypotension
■Arrhythmias

■Seizures

■Abdominal cramping

■Lightheadedness
tests
Lab Tests
■Serum tryptase levels obtained w/in 2 hours of an event are elevated
in anaphylaxis but not in other causes of shock or respiratory emer-
gencies
