Wash rice and drain the water, repeat 3-4 times to
clean the rice and remove the starchPrepare a medium sized pot on medium high heat,
pour washed rice in and add water to the potWhilst the rice is cooking, place the Koko Samoa in
a separate bowlWhile the rice is boiling, break 3 lemon leaves into
the potIf the rice mixture is thick, pour in small amounts of
boiling water and continue to stirOnce the rice is cooked, pour the Koko Samoa into the
pot and stir to combine all the ingredientsThen pour in lite coconut creamMix the cream (add sugar now if you choose and
